Privacy Notice

What the site collects, how it is used, who may see it, and how to contact the publication about a privacy request.

Effective date

These policies take effect when published on the public website. Last updated October 10, 2026.

Data the site collects

When you sign in, the site stores a platform account identifier, optional name and email supplied by the identity provider, login method, sign-in timestamp, and recent authenticated activity timestamp. The activity timestamp is used to show administrators which accounts were active within the previous five minutes. The site does not use location tracking for that feature.

The site stores public handles, text discussions and replies, poll votes, article submissions and optional source URLs, moderation status, and administrator audit records. The link desks store source headlines or a generic post label, publisher or account name, direct original URL, publication time, and collection time. They do not store article bodies, RSS excerpts, or social-post text.

If you use the contact form, the form will send the name you provide, your reply email address, and your message to the publication at legion@outputcollective.com. Do not include passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive information in a contact message. Messages may remain in the recipient mailbox and email-service records.

The hosting, authentication, and security services may process standard request and diagnostic metadata needed to operate and protect the site. The Report's online-status feature uses recent authenticated activity and does not collect precise location.

How information is used and displayed

The Report uses account and content data to operate the text-only community, display public handles beside public contributions, prevent duplicate poll votes, review submissions, moderate content, diagnose feed health, protect the service, and keep an audit record of sensitive administrative actions. Contact messages are used to respond to the request and manage related correspondence.

Public discussion content and public handles are visible to readers. Exact account identifiers, optional identity-provider name and email, login method, recent-activity timestamps, and private moderation or audit records are not displayed publicly.

No sale of personal data

The Human Deprecation Report does not sell personal data. It does not sell forum, poll, submission, contact, or account records to data brokers, and it does not use advertising trackers on the site.

The site uses platform infrastructure for hosting, authentication, and database services. Contact messages use an email service to deliver correspondence to the publication. Those providers may process information needed to provide their services under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. When you open an external source link, that publisher receives the normal request information described by its own policies.

Retention and requests

The current application does not provide self-service account deletion, data export, or a fixed retention control. This notice does not promise a deletion or retention period that the application does not enforce. Account, moderation, audit, and correspondence records may be retained as needed to operate the service, address abuse or security issues, and maintain the publication's records.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your information, email legion@outputcollective.com. The Report will review the request and explain what it can do. A request may be limited where information is needed for security, moderation, legal obligations, or the integrity of the service.

Security and changes

The Report uses role checks, access controls, and audit records designed to limit administrative access. No online service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be reflected here with an updated date.
